Bali, provinsi Indonesia yang dikenal dengan daya tariknya yang mampu menarik wisatawan dari seluruh dunia berkat keindahan alam, kekayaan budaya, dan beragam kuliner. Setiap tahunnya, lebih dari 10 juta wisatawan membanjiri Bali, menjadikannya sebagai pulau terbaik versi Majalah Travel and Leisure pada tahun 2009 dan peringkat pertama dari 25 destinasi terbaik dunia menurut TripAdvisor pada tahun 2017. Pertumbuhan pesat industri pariwisata di Bali turut membawa lonjakan kepemilikan kendaraan, namun tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan jaringan jalan dan infrastruktur lainnya, mengakibatkan kemacetan parah terutama di jalan By Pass I Gusti Ngurah Rai, satu-satunya akses vital yang menghubungkan utara dan selatan Bali.
Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah meminta empat BUMN—PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk., PT Pelindo III (Persero), PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), dan PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Bali (Persero)—untuk membentuk konsorsium guna mengimplementasikan konsep jalan tol. Keputusan ini mengarah pada pembentukan PT Jasamarga Bali Tol pada November 2010, yang kemudian diresmikan melalui Perjanjian Pengusahaan Jalan Tol pada Desember 2011 dengan masa kontrak selama 45 tahun, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi transportasi di Bali dalam mendukung industri pariwisata yang terus berkembang.
Sigli - Banda Aceh




Pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2020, Presiden Joko Widodo meresmikan pembukaan Jalan Tol pertama di Provinsi Aceh, Ruas Sigli - Banda Aceh dengan Seksi IV Blang Bintang – Indrapuri sepanjang 13,5 KM. Pembangunan jalan tol ini merupakan implementasi Nawacita poin ketiga, memprioritaskan pembangunan infrastruktur fisik di daerah 3T (terluar, terdepan, tertinggal).
Melalui Peraturan Presiden, PT. Hutama Karya ditugaskan membangun Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (JTTS) yang menghubungkan Bakauheni di Lampung hingga Banda Aceh melalui 24 ruas jalan, dengan panjang total 2.704 km. Proyek ini melibatkan berbagai instansi dan melibatkan DJKN sebagai pengelola aset dan investasi, secara signifikan dalam penyaluran dana investasi melalui pendanaan tanah PSN dan persetujuan pengelolaan tanah untuk pembangunan jalan tol Sigli - Banda Aceh.
Medan Binjai




Merupakan bagian dari Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (JTTS) yang direncanakan akan membentang dari utara Pulau Sumatera sampai selatan menyambungkan Provinsi Nangroe Aceh Darussalam sampai Provinsi Lampung. Ruas ini dibagi menjadi 3 seksi dan akan berlokasi di Sumatera Utara menghubungkan Kota Medan dengan Binjai. Ketiga seksi yang dimaksud adalah:
- Seksi I: Tanjung Mulia – Helvetia
- Seksi II: Helvetia – Semayang
- Seksi III: Semayang – Binjai
Indrapura - Kisaran




PT Hutama Karya (Persero) segera mengoperasikan Tol Indrapura - Kisaran Seksi II, membentang sepanjang 32,15 Km untuk menghubungkan Kota Medan dan Kisaran. Diharapkan mempersingkat perjalanan dari 5 jam menjadi 2,5 jam, meningkatkan mobilitas antar kota dengan efisiensi tinggi. Jalan tol ini telah lulus Uji Laik Fungsi dan dioperasikan secara fungsional selama Mudik Lebaran 2024, menarik perhatian dengan tingginya volume kendaraan.
Hutama Karya telah menyediakan fasilitas siaga dan mempersiapkan tarif yang akan diumumkan setelah penetapan resmi oleh Kementerian PUPR, serta mengimbau pengguna jalan untuk patuh pada aturan dan tata tertib yang berlaku di jalan tol, dengan kecepatan minimum 60 km/jam dan maksimum 100 km/jam.
Pejagan - Pemalang




Jalan Tol Pejagan–Pemalang adalah jalan tol yang terbentang sepanjang 57,5 kilometer yang menghubungkan Jalan Tol Kanci-Pejagan dan Jalan Tol Pemalang-Batang. Jalan tol ini adalah kelanjutan dari Jalan Tol Kanci-Pejagan yang awalnya menghubungkan antara Kanci, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat hingga Pejagan, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Sehingga Jalan Tol Pejagan-Pemalang ini dibuat juga untuk menghubungkan antara beberapa kabupaten lainnya, antara lainnya adalah Kabupaten Brebes hingga Kabupaten Pemalang, yang merupakan bagian dari jaringan tol Trans Jawa terutama bagian jalur utara menghubungkan Jakarta dengan Surabaya melalui Semarang dan lintas tengah menghubungkan Jakarta dengan Surabaya melalui Purwokerto dan Yogyakarta.
Pada Hari Kamis, tanggal 16 Juni 2016 telah diresmikan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Ke-7 Joko Widodo untuk pengoperasian Ruas Jalan Tol tersebut adalah Jalur Seksi 1 dan 2 (Ruas Pejagan–Brebes Timur/Brexit). Sementara seksi 3 dan 4 (Ruas Brebes Timur/Brexit–Sewaka, Pemalang) juga telah diresmikan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia ke-7 Joko Widodo pada hari Jumat, tanggal 9 November 2018 bersamaan dengan Jalan Tol Pemalang-Batang Seksi I (segmen Sewaka - SS Pemalang)
Tol ini terbagi menjadi 4 seksi:
- Seksi I (Pejagan - Brebes Barat) panjang 14,20 km (beroperasi 16 Juni 2016)
- Seksi II (Brebes Barat - Brebes Timur) panjang 6,00 km (beroperasi 16 Juni 2016)
- Seksi III (Brebes Timur - Tegal Timur) (beroperasi 9 November 2018) panjang 10,40 km
- Seksi IV (Tegal Timur - Sewaka) (beroperasi 9 November 2018) panjang 26,90 km
Medan - Kualanamu - Tebing Tinggi





Jalan Tol Medan—Kualanamu—Tebing Tinggi atau Jalan Tol MKTT adalah jalan tol yang menghubungkan Medan, Tebing Tinggi serta Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu. Jalan tol sepanjang 61,80 km ini merupakan bagian dari Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra dan terhubung dengan Jalan Tol Belmera.
Dalam pembangunannya, jalan tol ini terbagi dalam dua tahap pengerjaan, yaitu tahap pertama (Medan-Perbarakan-Kualanamu) sepanjang 17,80 km, dan tahap kedua (Perbarakan-Tebing Tinggi) sepanjang 44 km. Jalan tol ini memiliki 2x2 lajur pada tahap awal dan 2x3 lajur pada tahap akhir dengan kecepatan rencana 100 km/jam.
Ruas Parbarakan-Sei Rampah sepanjang 41,7 kilometer diresmikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo pada 13 Oktober 2017. Kemudian pada 11 Juni 2018, ruas Tanjung Morawa ke Kualanamu diresmikan pembukaannya oleh Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Tengku Erry Nuradi. Terakhir, ruas Sei Rampah, Serdang Bedagai hingga Kota Tebing Tinggi dibuka pada 25 Maret 2019.
Belawan - Medan - Tanjung Morawa






Jalan Tol Belawan – Medan – Tanjung Morawa, beroperasi sejak tahun 1986, menjadi salah satu ruas pertama dari Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera di Sumatera Utara. Dengan panjang 34 Km, jalan tol ini penting sebagai penghubung dari Pelabuhan Belawan ke Medan dan Tanjung Morawa, mempercepat konektivitas dan efisiensi perjalanan di Pulau Sumatera. Fasilitasnya mencakup 10 Gerbang Tol dan sistem pemantauan 24 jam melalui CCTV serta patroli kepolisian, mendukung pengurangan biaya logistik dan memperkuat perekonomian regional.
Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera membentang sepanjang 470 Km, menghubungkan Lampung hingga Aceh, dengan beberapa ruas seperti Bakauheni – Terbanggi Besar, Palembang – Indralaya, dan Medan – Binjai sudah beroperasi. Proyek-proyek lanjutan seperti Kayu Agung – Palembang – Betung dan Pekanbaru – Dumai sedang dalam proses penyelesaian, mendukung pengembangan infrastruktur yang lebih luas di Sumatera.
Binjai - Langsa




Jalan Tol Binjai – Langsa Seksi Kuala Bingai – Tanjung Pura sepanjang 19 Km tanpa tarif mulai tanggal 29 Januari 2024. Seksi ini menyambungkan ruas Binjai – Stabat dan Stabat – Kuala Bingai yang sudah beroperasi sebelumnya, mempersingkat perjalanan dengan signifikan. Pengoperasian ini didukung oleh Sertifikat Laik Operasi yang diterbitkan pada Desember 2023 dan Keputusan Menteri PUPR Nomor 15/KPTS/M/2024.
Hutama Karya menyiapkan 162 personil siaga serta fasilitas pendukung lainnya untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional. Selama masa tanpa tarif, akan dilakukan sosialisasi intensif mengenai aturan berkendara di jalan tol, termasuk penggunaan kartu uang elektronik yang tetap diperlukan meskipun tarif belum ditetapkan secara resmi.
Palembang - Indralaya




Pada tanggal 30 April 2015, Presiden Joko Widodo dan Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, Alex Noerdin, meresmikan pembangunan jalan Tol Palembang-Inderalaya (Palindra) dengan peletakan batu pertama di Ogan Ilir, Palembang. Proyek ini merupakan bagian dari megaproyek Trans Sumatera dengan investasi mencapai Rp 360 triliun, termasuk tahap awal ruas Palindra sepanjang 22 kilometer dan Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar sepanjang 140 kilometer. Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, Basuki Hadi Mulyono, menegaskan bahwa tol ini akan terintegrasi dengan pengembangan pelabuhan Merak-Bakaheuni serta terhubung dengan program Tol Laut Presiden Jokowi yang menghubungkan Patunglaya hingga pelabuhan Tanjung Api-Api (TAA).
Presiden Joko Widodo kemudian meresmikan Tol Palembang-Inderalaya pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2017, dengan periode penggunaan gratis hingga akhir tahun 2017, memberikan akses baru yang penting untuk mobilitas di Sumatera Selatan.
Bengkulu - Taba Penanjung



Tol Bengkulu-Taba Penanjung diresmikan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) hari ini, Kamis (20/7/2023). Tol ini menghubungkan Bengkulu ke Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel). Mengutip laman Hutama Karya, ruas tol Bengkulu-Toba Penanjung merupakan bagian Tol Lubuk Linggau (Sumsel)-Curup-Bengkulu yang panjang totalnya mencapai 96 kilometer. Tol ini menelan biaya Rp 31 triliun.
Ruas Bengkulu-Taba Penanjung mulai dibangun pada September 2019. Salah satu tantangan dari proyek ini adalah adanya lempeng tektonik Samudra Hindia dan lempeng tektonik Asia.
Ruas tol ini memiliki 2 gerbang, 2 junction (simpang susun), 21 jembatan, dan satu rest area (tentatif). Pada Juni 2023 mendapatkan Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO). Dan hari ini, Kamis (20/7), diresmikan Jokowi.
Balikpapan - Samarinda


Jalan Tol Balikpapan–Samarinda atau Jalan Tol Balsam adalah jalan tol sepanjang 99,02 kilometer yang menghubungkan Kota Balikpapan dengan Kota Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Jalan tol ini menjadi jalan tol pertama di Kalimantan dan kedua di Pulau Kalimantan setelah Jembatan Tol Tun Salahuddin, Sarawak, Malaysia yang beroperasi lebih dulu sejak 2003.
Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2019. Jalan tol ini direncanakan akan melintasi wilayah Ibu Kota Baru Republik Indonesia di Kalimantan Timur, yang saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan.
Manado - Bitung




Jalan Tol Manado - Bitung merupakan jalan tol yang menghubungkan kota Manado hingga kota Bitung yang berada di provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Jalan tol ini merupakan bagian dari jaringan Jalan Tol Trans Sulawesi. Jalan tol ini memiliki panjang 39 kilometer.
Jalan tol Manado - Bitung terbagi menjadi dua seksi yaitu:
- Seksi 1 (14 km)
- Seksi 2 (25 km)
Makassar Seksi 4







Jalan Tol Ujung Pandang adalah jaringan jalan tol di Kota Makassar yang menghubungkan beberapa lokasi penting seperti Pelabuhan Soekarno-Hatta, pusat kota, pusat komersial Panakkukang, Kawasan Industri Makassar, dan Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin. Jalan tol ini memiliki panjang total 21,92 km dan terbagi dalam empat seksi.
Seksi I, II, dan III dikelola oleh PT Makassar Metro Network (MMN), sedangkan Seksi IV dikelola oleh anak perusahaan MMN, yaitu PT Jalan Tol Seksi Empat (JTSE). Jalan tol ini dilengkapi dengan satu simpang susun di wilayah Buloa yang menghubungkan Seksi I-III dengan Seksi IV, memastikan konektivitas yang efisien di seluruh jaringan.
Makassar Seksi I - III
